At UZ Marketing, the Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy is as follows:

The company guarantees that their printed products will not contain manufacturing defects in accordance with industry standards. The guarantee covers the product until arrival. Once the product is used, the guarantee does not cover the product.

Cancellation is not allowed once orders have entered the production queue. If a customer believes their order does not meet quality standards or is defective, they may create a completed support ticket through their account via the support system, found on the top right corner of the order. Relevant pictures should be submitted and all original packaging should be kept until a resolution has been provided.

If a customer believes their print job is defective, they should contact UZ Marketing via the online support system, within sixty (60) business days of placing and receiving their order. If they do not contact within this time frame, the job will be assumed satisfactory upon receipt and there will be no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

Once the customer has contacted, there will be up to one to three (1-3) business days, if the investigation is required, to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise that more information is needed to process the inquiry. If additional information to verify an inquiry is requested and it is not provided within a reasonable time, there will be no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

If it is determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:

The print job will be reprinted with rush production.
The original order price will be refunded once all items are returned unused and in original packaging.

Please note that the full, original order will have to be returned to UZ Marketing's facility unused. If the Quality Control team does not receive a response within fifteen (15) business days after they have responded to the ticket, it will be considered closed and there will be no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless agreed otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to and received. When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the original product order.

Please note UZ Market is under no obligation to provide further solutions once a ticket is closed. Samples of any allegedly defective merchandise may be requested prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.
